Yesterday tasted a very delicious chocolate bar, made in Portland by Woodblock Chocolate. Lately I've become quite a fan of chocolates, thanks to the chocolate artisans of Portland. For many years I haven't been able to eat chocolates because of my many allergies like allergic to corn products or allergic to soy products or allergic to grain products. Fortunately, now-a-days high end chocolatiers create chocolate bars from processing their own cacao beans to producing products with minimum ingredients like NW salts, cane sugar and cacao. Think of the other possibilities one can do with this chocolate bar besides eating it. Maybe buy a few more and make Chocolate Walnut Meringue Cookies. Yum, yum, yum!
