Kikyo- One of 秋の七草 (7 Autumn Flowers)
After 7 years of searching, finally a kikyo flower! Or it will be in a few days. I used to have them growing under the front plumeria tree in Kailua.

Downhill Side of Summer - Dahlia Time!
In Portland there is a saying that August means Fall is just around the corner. A lot of the trees around our home is beginning to turn already. We went holoholo to the Swan Island Dahlia Farm in Canby.
